Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
3. Payments
All payments must be made according to the agreed quotation or invoice.
Advance payments are required before work begins
Late payments may result in project suspension
All fees are non-refundable once work has started.
4. Intellectual Property
After full payment:
The client owns the final website files
Metro Web Studio may display the project in its portfolio
All source files remain the property of Metro Web Studio unless otherwise agreed.
5. Revisions
We provide a limited number of revisions as agreed. Additional changes may be charged separately.
6. Limitation of Liability
Metro Web Studio is not responsible for:
Website downtime
Loss of data
Third-party software issues
We do our best to ensure reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these terms are violated.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by international business standards and applicable laws.
